Return Exchange Policy
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
- Stylester is a premium brand. We always sell high-quality products, and our products are made of the best-quality fabrics, so we don't accept returns. If you have any color or size problems, we are really happy to exchange products. We offer 3 days exchange from the date of delivery.
- Exchange can be done only once because shipping is free for the customer, but we are paying shipping charges for forward or reverse shipping on every order.
- If you want to exchange products, first you have to return that product. Upon return of the product, we will fully examine the product at our warehouse, and after that, we will refund the full amount of the product to your wallet. This wallet balance you can use to buy a different color or size. Wallet balance can’t be withdrawn in the form of cash or transferred to any bank account.
- If you received any defective products, missing items or wrong products please inform us within 1 day of receiving the products with a 360-degree parcel opening video. We may not be able to entertain claims of defective products, missing items or wrong products being received without a video proof of unboxing. Please send your video to our WhatsApp number: 8453573000 with details of the products whereon, the customer will receive instructions from us.
- Cancellations will only be possible if and till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
- Wallet Balance has a maximum expiry time of 5 months. Please ensure that you use the wallet amount before expiry after that it shall lapse
- Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund would not be provided.
- When our courier boy will be reached at your home for returns pickup, Kindly make a video of the courier boy in which the face of the courier boy and the permanent stickers on the products you are returning are clearly visible in his hands.
- Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.
SELF-SHIPPING OF ORDERS FOR EXCHANGE:
- In case your pincode is non-serviceable for a reverse pick up, you’ll have courier the product(s) to the following address:

- Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and the ORDER ID and registered mobile number is mentioned on the packaging. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact. Within 48 hours of receiving the product(s), the complete amount will be refunded to your wallet.
- Self shipping courier charges will be paid by customer and no refund will be given.
PLEASE NOTE: We request that you do not use The Professional Couriers for self return as they are not reliable and the package will not be accepted at the warehouse. We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. Speed Post is a Government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Bank account details provided by the customer would be final and any error in the details provided by the customer would not be the responsibility of the brand.
- If you have received an SMS or EMAIL of order delivered status and if it's not received by you, please contact us within 24 hours.
- The customer will be under an obligation to take utmost care of the product(s) whilst the products are in their possession. This includes all of the product(s) instructions, documents and wrappings while returning the product(s) in the same condition as received.
- Upon return of the product, we will fully examine it and notify the customer of their right to a refund (if any) via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We aim to process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 working days from the day, we confirmed to the customer via e-mail that they are entitled to a refund.
